Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy
Ocean Green Pte. Ltd. is subject to the anti-bribery laws of all the countries in which our Company operates, including certain laws with broad extraterritorial effect. It is important that all our employees and business associates comply, both in letter and in spirit, to such laws including the Singapore Prevention of Corruption Act 1960;
Both corporates and individuals can potentially be prosecuted for giving or receiving bribes. Commission of offences can occur even if our employees/related parties are not physically present in Singapore.
Under our Company’s internal risk management guidelines, all employees are required to identify, assess, monitor and report any legal risks, including corruption risks, which may arise in their respective scope of work and/or business.
With respect to business relationships, our Company regularly review and communicate applicable anti-corruption policies and procedures, including ensuring the inclusion of specific terms and conditions and/or contractual provisions where required. Our Company requires all our employees, contractors, vendors, third parties and other stakeholders to be aware of and to comply diligently with our anti-bribery and anti-corruption provisions. Our Company reviews our training module on anti-bribery and anti-corruption annually to ensure that the content is aligned with our Company’s values.
